Reconstruction of a Siculo-Norman banquet from the 13th century by the Center de Gastronomie Historique, in collaboration with Karikol Slow Food Brussels, and closing the “Pasta” cycle of the Bibliothèque des Riches Claires.

Alain Dierkens, professor at the ULB: Stupor mundi, a few words about Frederick II Hohenstaufen and his courtand Liliane Plouvier, gastronomy historian: Presentation of the menu.
